Dienstverlening ROA CN
Hoe behandelt ROA CN erkenningen? De adviseurs van ROA CN zijn achter de schermen druk bezig om bedrijven te erkennen waarvan de erkenningsprocedure reeds in gang gezet was. Dit houdt in dat de er al een leermeester getraind is en onze adviseurs al kennis hebben gemaakt met het bedrijf. Ook aanvullende erkenningen kunnen nog afgegeven worden, dit gebeurd via Whatsapp Video Call of telefonisch. ROA CN is reeds begonnen om weer nieuwe leerbedrijven te erkennen.
Gaan de trainingen en workshops bij ROA CN door? Op dit moment gaan de trainingen en workshops aangepast binnen ROA CN door. Gezien de interactieve context en groepsdynamiek binnen onze trainingen acht ROA CN het niet mogelijk om de oude vorm van training te geven. De leermeester training is aangepast en heeft nu een duur van 2 dagen. Onze adviseurs en trainers waren bezig om een kwalitatief vergelijkbare onlinetraining te ontwikkelen, zodat we de reeds geplande en nieuwe groepen een alternatief kunnen aanbieden. Per september zal de onlinetraining in het Nederlands beschikbaar zijn. ROA CN zal de onlinetraining ook in het Engels aanbieden in een latere fase. De workshops zullen ook weer aangeboden worden in een aangepaste vorm. Binnenkort zal ROA CN contact opnemen met eenieder die op de wachtlijst staat om een training of workshop te gaan volgen. Kan de BPV doorgaan?
Beroepspraktijkvorming (voor BOL studenten) en leerbanen (voor BBL studenten) kunnen doorgaan op voorwaarde dat het leerbedrijf en de school dat toestaan en handelen conform de richtlijnen van de overheid. In een aantal sectoren kunnen studenten niet meer bij hun leerbedrijf terecht voor hun BPV. Indien dit het geval is, willen wij u vragen contact op te nemen met de BPV-docent van de student. Hij of zij kan de student adviseren en helpen een vervangende BPV te vinden (indien van toepassing). De huidige praktijkovereenkomsten (POK) blijven dan ook gewoon gelden, ook al wordt de BPV tijdelijk stil gelegd. Wordt de BPV helemaal stopgezet, dan dient de POK ontbonden te worden en kan de student een nieuwe POK aangaan met een ander erkend leerbedrijf.
Wat is het beleid van de scholen m.b.t. BPV? De scholen posten regelmatig updates met betrekking tot de maatregelen op hun websites en/of facebookpages. Via de volgende kanalen kunt u meer informatie vinden om up to date te blijven:

Wat gebeurt er als de student zijn BPV-plek of leerbaan verliest?
Bij een leerbaan (BBL) is doorgaans sprake van een arbeidsovereenkomst. Daarom is het wel of niet voortzetten in eerste instantie ter beoordeling van de student en het leerbedrijf. Als de arbeidsovereenkomst wordt beëindigd, eindigt doorgaans ook de praktijkovereenkomst. De verbintenis van de student met de school blijft dan wel bestaan. Als de beroepspraktijkvorming (BPV) eerder wordt afgebroken door de coronacrisis, is het aan het onderwijsteam te beoordelen of de leerdoelen en praktijkopdrachten kunnen worden afgerond, zonder dat de oorspronkelijke uren worden volbracht. Als dat niet zo is, zal de BPV later of bij een ander leerbedrijf moeten worden ingehaald.
Bij een BPV (BOL) die eerder wordt afgebroken door de coronacrisis eindigt ook de praktijkovereenkomst tussen het leerbedrijf, de school en de student. Het onderwijsteam van de school beoordeelt of de leerdoelen en praktijkopdrachten kunnen worden afgerond, zonder dat de BPV-uren geheel gemaakt worden. Als dat niet zo is, zal de BPV later of bij een ander leerbedrijf moeten worden ingehaald.

How does ROA CN manage approvals and extensions?
The ROA CN advisers are busy behind the scenes to recognize companies whose recognition procedure was already underway. This means that a Job Trainer that has already followed the Competency Based Training (CBT) and our advisers have already been introduced to the company. Additional recognitions can also be issued, via Facetime, WhatsApp video call or by telephone. ROA CN is also recognizing new companies again.
Will ROA CN training and workshops continue?
An adapted training within ROA CN will continue. Given the interactive context and group dynamics of our training, ROA CN does not consider it possible to provide the old form of training. Our advisors and trainers were developing a qualitatively comparable online training, so that we can offer an alternative to the already planned and new groups. The online training will be available in Dutch in September. ROA CN will offer the English and Papiamentu version of the training at a later period. The workshops will also be offered again in an adapted form. ROA CN will contact everyone on the waiting list to form smaller groups for training and workshop. Will internships continue?
Internships for full time students and apprenticeship for the on-the-job training students can take place with the condition that the work placement company and the school permit and act in accordance with the guidelines of the government and RIVM. In a number of sectors, students can no longer go to their training company. If this is the case, we hereby request that contact be made with the internship/apprenticeship coordinator. He or she can then advise and help the student to find a replacement training company (if applicable). The current practical contracts (job attachments) will therefore continue to be applied, even if the internship/ apprenticeship is temporarily suspended. If the training has been completely stopped, the practical contract must be dissolved and the student can enter into a new contract with another recognized training company.

What happens if the student loses their internship or apprenticeship?
A student following a work and study program usually involves an employment contract. Therefore, whether or not to continue in the first instance is at the discretion of the student and the training company. If the employment contract is terminated, the practical contract usually ends also. The student's commitment to the school will then continue to exist. If the internship is interrupted earlier due to the corona crisis, it is up to the education team to assess whether the learning objectives and practical assignments can be completed without the stipulated number of hours. If not, the internship will must be continued at a later date or at another training company.
